11. Presentation of main findings and results of the research

12. Conclusions and suggestions for further research

13. References**

** Paragraph 13 is to be submitted in two languages for articles in Ukrainian

FORMALIZATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Recommended size of the article is 10-13 pages.
  • Page format - A4. Fields: left, bottom, top - 20 mm, right - 15 mm.
  • Text is to be typed in MS Word (version 97 and latter). Main font - TimesNewRoman. Main text (and references!!!) is to be typed in TimesNewRoman font in14-th size spaced 1,5 with justified alignment, without hyphenation, and printed on one side of a sheet.
  • Indentation - 1,25 c (format → indentation → first line: → indent on). Indentations made with space and tab keys are prohibited. (format → indentation → interval → before: 0 p; after: 0 p).

Formalization of separate structural elements

1. UDC index. In the left with capital letters, font - bold. Example: УДК 519.8:336.02

2. Information about the author(-s)*. Name and initials in the nominative case, aligned left, font - italics. (Transliteration of proper names, surnames and names should be in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers' of Ukraine resolution as of 27.01.2010 p. № 55 "On the regulation of Latin transliteration of Ukrainian alphabet" (http://zakon4.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/55-2010-п).

3. Name of the article.* In the middle, in capital letters, font - bold.

4. Abstract.* In the abstract general description of the problem discussed in the article should be presented; purpose of the article; applied research methods; main scientific results; theoretical and practical value of scientific results, the scope of their application. Text of an abstract should not duplicate entry or conclusions of the article. Abstract must be informative (excluding common words), meaningful (represent the main content of the article and research results), and structured. The recommended size of an abstract is 100 - 250 words.

5. Key words.* In separate paragraph after the words "Key words: (Keywords :)», 5 - 6 words or phrases separated between by a comma. Keywords should be chosen as the most specific, which can characterize features of the article; try to avoid common terminology.

* Paragraphs 2 - 5 are to be submitted in two languages: Ukrainian and English.

6. Code in accordance with JEL classification. Placed under the key words, the number - 1 through 5, one line, with commas, bold. For example: JEL classification: C12, C14, C18

Paragraphs 7-12 should be submitted in the main language of the article (Ukrainian or English) in a structured way, highlighting the structural elements (bold paragraph).

7. Introduction and problem definition

8. Analysis of recent research and publications

9. Gaps and unsolved problems in the research

10. The purpose and objectives of the research

11. Presentation of main findings and results of the research

12. Conclusions and suggestions for further research

13. References. The list of references is provided at the end in the language of the article and entitled «Список літератури (References)» (centered, bold). References should be given in order of citation or alphabetically.

For articles in Ukrainian: bibliographic description of literature is made in accordance with GOST 7.1:2006  "System of standards on information, librarianship and publishing. Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules of completion. "After the list of references in Ukrainian it is necessary to provide under the heading «References» the same list, issued in accordance with international bibliographic standard APA (https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/01/).

If scientific work is written in a language that uses the Cyrillic alphabet, it is necessary to transliterate bibliographic description in Latin and submit the translated material after transliterated name in square brackets. Transliteration of proper names, surnames and names should be in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers' of Ukraine resolution as of 27.01.2010 p. № 55 "On the regulation of Latin transliteration of Ukrainian alphabet" (http://zakon4.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/55-2010-п).

Example of formalizing the references:

For articles in English: bibliographic description of the literature is formalized in accordance with international bibliographic standard APA. If scientific work is written in a language that uses the Cyrillic alphabet, it is necessary to transliterate bibliographic description in Latin and submit the translated material after transliterated name in square brackets.

Technical requirements for formalization

• No spaces between paragraphs of the main text.

• Letter Spacing should be regular, not sparse or compacted (Format → Font tab → Interval → Normal (not sparse/compacted)).

• The spacing between sections cannot be done by using Enter, but using options Insert → Gap → New page. Please ensure that after the page break (dotted line) there are no Enters.

• References in the text should be given in brackets, eg, [3, p. 35; 8, pp. 56-59], where the first number indicates the serial number of sources in the bibliography, and the second - the appropriate page in the source; one source (from the page) is separated from the rest by a semicolon.

• All statistics are to be supported by the reference.

• All quotations should end with reference.

• It is necessary to follow the technical rules of placing hyphens, quotation marks, and apostrophes.

• All names and initials should be recorded with blanks, for example, V. P. Morenets, not V.P.Morenets, but J.-J. Rousseau.

• Between words should not be more than one space. They need to be automatically found and replaced. Press Ctrl + F, when a window Find and replace appears, in the line Find put two spaces, and in Replace - one. Press Replace until the message Search completed appears. Number of replacements: 0 (because there may be more than two spaces in the document, so the search options for the first time could not find and replace them all: for instance, four remains instead of five.)

• Special fonts, if used, need to be added together with the file.

• All graphical and tabular materials are placed in the middle and numbered according to their order in the text.

An example of formalizing a table:

Table 2. Results of the panel data model estimation

 Variable

Coefficient value

Standard error

t-Statistics

Probability

0,129235

0,044249

2,920612

0,0038

An example of formalizing a graph:

Fig. 2. Fixed effects of the budget deficit level for the panel data model by countries

• All illustrative (graphic) objects, including imported in text files, should also be added in the original format (*. Tif, * .eps, * .x1s, * .psd, * .cdr, * .ppt), with encrypted author's name and the number under which they appear in the text. Text should have clear references to them (anchors), in addition, this objects should have necessary captions (signs/names) and numeration. Since publications are only in black and white, color is not used in illustrative materials.

• The figures made in MS Word should be grouped; they should be as single graphical object.

• For creating tables a built-in Word spreadsheet editor should be used.

• To set mathematical formulas, it is necessary to use the formula editor in MS Word and avoid setting them as figures or pictures.

• Equations and formulas should be separated from the text lines. Only formulas, that have references in text, should be numbered. In formulas, Latin characters (variables and constants) are typed in italics (x, y, min), Greek - direct, reductions (cos, sin, tg) - straight, matrices and vectors - bold (A, B).

• Authors should use physical units and designations contained in the international system of units CI (GOST 988677-61), and relative atomic mass scale for 12. The names of chemical compounds can be served only in accordance with IUPAC terminology. All reductions are to be defined. If many of them, there must be a list of definitions of abbreviations.

• It is obligatory to separate units of measure from actual numbers 4 UAH, 15 %, 20 °С, etc)

• Apostrophe is «'» (code alt+0146), not «'», «2», «"», «'», «.», «'», degree - a special mark «°» (code alt+0176), not «о» or «О» in the upper index.

• Quotations should be same everywhere, in particular, printing quotes «» for formalization of citations, not "".

• A dash in the text, especially in the references and footnotes, should be dialed by keys «ctrl + alt + minus» on the numeric keypad (or alt + code 0150), but not with the usage of a dash.
