Abstract


In the article to analysis and confirms the author of his the long-term prognosis of ecology-economic and social-political crises, fulfilled on the fundamentals of the system theory of social-economic cycles, that is to the burning in conditions of the permanent global social-economic crisis. Complex evaluation of prognosis of ecology-economic and social-political cycle and crises in USSR, RF and Ukraine fulfilled.
